He is an expert in direct and indirect tax laws, having an experience of more than 46 years of tax litigation. He brings in his vast experience to O&G, having handled tax matters of Animal Husbandry Scam accused and several other matters. He is also the Senior Standing Counsel for the Union of India.
RAKESH BHASKAR
PARTNER
Mr. Rakesh Bhaskar, is from 1986 batch of Indian Revenue Service. He has worked in Income Tax Department in different parts of the Country at various levels of seniority and finally, retired as Chief Commissioner of Income Tax in 1920. He has rich hands on experience in all relevant facets of the Department such as Investigation wing, Large Tax Payers Unit, Biggest Corporate Charge in the Country at Mumbai, Member of Dispute Resolution Panels (DRPs), Director of Transfer Pricing and International Taxation. His specialization is in Transfer Pricing. He has worked as Director Transfer Pricing in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai in between 2009 to 2015.
ADVITIYE TIWARI
PARTNER
Advitiye has pursued his interest in litigation since then, conducting civil and criminal trials, and represented clients in commercial/tender matters before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India. He was also appointed as the advocate for Supreme Court appointed Monitoring Committee constituted to overlook the unauthorized constructions in Delhi. Advitiye is an expert in Municipal Laws and matters pertaining to property disputes.

Started practice in 2006 and joined the chambers of a Special Public Prosecutor appointed by the Enforcement Directorate to prosecute persons like Chandraswamy and Abhishek Verma, Tuhin gained considerable experience and exposure in money laundering matters. He also has extensive experience of extradition matters. He is an expert in crop insurance cases. He is also handling matters under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Pranay attended Symbiosis Society’s Law College, University of Pune and received his BSL LL.B. in the year 2006 and is enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi, with a standing of fifteen years in the profession. Pranay’s area of practice encompasses Intellectual Property Rights advisory and litigation. Pranay has vast experience in advising clients on their Intellectual Property compliances and registrations. Pranay has advised companies/entities for setting up businesses in India with focus on FDI and regularly advises several companies on prevalent IP laws in India. Pranay has advised several leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies on several Patent acquisitions. Pranay regularly handles high stake litigation pertaining to Trademark, Copyright, Design. Pranay manages and assists several international and national entities with securing and maintaining their IP portfolios

Sumit completed his law in 2005 and brings in more than 15 years of experience gained through his association with Media and Entertainment Industry. He also has experience in matters related to Transfer Pricing and Corporate Litigation. Sumit is a team player and has experience of handling strong teams for execution of works.
RUPESH SHAHI

Rupesh is a lawyer with a degree in mechanical engineering as well. He has extensive experience of handling matters pertaining to Maritime Law and Admiralty Acts, Marine Insurance Claims, Quality Control, ISO Documentation shipping companies and Maritime Arbitration. Rupesh has personally conducted port related operations, techno-legal aspects of arbitration in shipping, Maritime tender filings, arrest of vessels, Maritime Taxation and Transfer Pricing and customs and port related issues. Rupesh is a specialist in Maritime Laws, having worked in a reputed shipping company, Shahi Shipping Corporation in Mumbai for more than a decade.
